Plano concave lenses are flat on one side and have concave surface for another side. The lenses are designed for parallel light to be incident to the concave surface. So the plano concave lenses are used for applications including expanding beam, moderating quality image and also used for optical instruments. Because of diverging cone and virtual image, the typical use for plaon concave lens is beam expander. We produce plano concave lenses with different optical glassed such as, UV fused silica glass, N-BK7, N-BAK4, N-LAK22, Corning 7980, silicon, sapphire, etc. Anti-reflective coating and high reflection coating are available for the plano concave lenses.

Q1: What machines and equipment are used for testing and inspection ?
We have interferometer, focal length test machine, calipers, centering test machines, magnifier for check surface quality.
Q2: Do you test the optics before delivery ?
Yes, we test the lenses and windows before coating. After coating, our QA ladies will test the surface quality and dimension tolerance before packing. All the lenses and plates will be tested and inspected before delivery.
Q3: How will you send the goods ?
We send the goods by DHL or UPS. We have been working with DHL for more than 10 years, it's safe and fast for transit goods for DHL.
